Our client is a boutique agency located in the heart of Fairfield City Council. It is widely regarded as one of the leading offices in the region, consistently dominating the local market. This office holds the highest market share in the area and is known for delivering exceptional results for its clients.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager who is driven to achieve results. This Monday-to-Friday role offers the opportunity to become part of a well-established property management team, overseeing a locally based portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include

• Looking after 200 properties - all local to the Fairfield area
• Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords
• Attending Tribunals
• Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPIs

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• You will have 12 months experience in Property Management
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
• Must be a team player and have a good nature
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
