Senior Property Manager - Southbank Office

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager due to expansion to start working due to expansion within this close-knit interstate Real Estate office amongst a team of 15+ staff !

Monday to Friday 9-5:30PM, minimal to no weekends with parking provided!

Work within a team that doesn't micro-manage their staff and values staff retention!

This role would suit an experienced Property Manager wanting to
"Get off the tools" and utilise their experience to maintain and build great relationships with interstate & local investors !

With directors who care about property management and their staff, you will be well-poised to succeed in this Senior Property Manager role.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~160 properties, all residential
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (Assistant PM support provided)

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Commissions + Phone + Parking + Laptop

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
