Your Day-to-Day:

Manage a clean and local portfolio

Be the key contact for landlords and tenants

Oversee maintenance, repairs, rent reviews, and renewals

Prepare for and attend tribunal if required

You’ll Bring:

Solid experience in residential property management - 2 Years Minimum

A strong client-service mindset with clear communication skills

Current NSW Certificate of Registration (and willing to obtain Licence)

Drivers License

Confidence, professionalism, and a high level of attention to detail

The ability to lead with care, while backed by strong systems and people
