Our Client:

Boasting long-term staff, a young and enthusiastic Director who supports his team with external training, and a beautiful modern office with a welcoming / supporting team culture – this is an office that you will LOVE working with!

Duties:

Taking the helm of a perfectly well-cared for portfolio of 280 properties, you will be supported by two staff, 1 who manages Leasing / Routines and 1 who manages Repairs

Your duties will include:

  • Client care - Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Rent renewals and increases
  • Property refurbs and renovations
  • Minimising arrears, and NCAT preparation / appearance
  • Managing all ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Directing the workflow and mentoring the Assistant

About You:

  • 12+ months of property management experience
  • Current Certificate of Registration or License
  • Great attitude & view Property Management as a long term career
  • Own vehicle & Drivers Licence
  • Local knowledge of the St George area would be ideal
