We are actively seeking the following: Plant Manager based at our head office in Osborne Park. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our projects, with responsibilities including:

Key Skills & Experience:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment and asset management

Strong background in customer service

High level of computer literacy

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming hire requests and assist clients with their equipment needs

Prepare and process Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts

Provide accurate equipment hire quotations

Collaborate with the Transport team to ensure prompt delivery and pick-up of equipment

Coordinate bookings and invoicing for equipment hires

Oversee the movement and tracking of hire equipment

Management of on/off hire inspections.

Management of Viper Asset Management Software
