RubberGem is launching a cutting-edge facility focused on the circular recycling of end-of-life OTR and passenger tyres, along with conveyor belts, converting them into a wide range of high-quality rubber products in East Rockingham, with satellite locations at Naval Base and Port Headland.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead RubberGem Products’ entire Purchasing and Logistic Department, overseeing all procurement functions to support the company’s operational efficiency. This role is responsible for negotiating supplier agreements, managing pricing strategies, and securing delivery commitments to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

A central focus of this position is to ensure product availability by actively managing supplier relationships and coordinating the transport and logistics of goods from mine sites and tyre retailers. The role requires adherence to established sourcing policies and procurement procedures to deliver cost-effective and compliant purchasing outcomes.

Working closely with the operational team and overseeing your team, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure all procurement activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standards, while supporting the company's systems, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a supply chain management role.

Proven experience leading and managing teams to achieve operational goal.

Industry experience with servicing the Tier 2 companies

Experience with truck loading requirements in coordination with various Tier 2 and metropolitan transport companies requirements, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, contract management, logistics, procurement, and production planning

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
