We're partnering with a leading global business in the industrial sector to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month contract, with strong potential to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for its safety, technical expertise, and supportive culture.

Working closely with a highly experienced and approachable Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the business.

The Role:

• Managing end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and exits
• Advising on HR policies and supporting low-level ER and performance matters
• Overseeing HR administration and maintaining employee records
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Hourly rate: $64 - $67 per hour inc. super (equivalent to $100K–$105K + Super)

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Confidence using Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Workday experience a bonus)
• Someone comfortable working with onsite teams, based in melbournes SE
• A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities
