The organization

People2people have partnered with a professional services firm to source an experienced HR Advisor for their growing business. They offer a unique client centric approach utilizing their big firm expertise and professionals – offering a sound commercial advice and personalized service.

The opportunity

This true generalist role will see you work closely with the Leadership team to support and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle while identifying opportunities for streamlining and initiatives focused on attraction, retention and culture. In addition, you will be assisting with building their Early Educations program that is focused on building careers and developing talent.

Selection criteria

• Completed tertiary HR qualification with proven HR generalist experience
• Professional services industry experience is highly advantageous
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of legislation and award interpretation
• ER / IR experience
• Stakeholder engagement and management experience
