About the Role
As our HR Manager, you'll be more than an administrator. We need someone who can add real value to our team. You'll be a key player in recruiting the right people to join our club, enhancing staff skills, boosting customer service excellence, and fostering an awesome team morale. Your efforts will directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience, driving repeat visits and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
Prior Experience: You've rocked a HR role in the hospitality sector, ideally within a licensed club, but experience in hotels or a pub group will impress us too.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with a HR major will really catch our eye!
Strategic Mindset: You're not just about ticking boxes; you're about linking HR wins to business success.
Drive and Energy: We want someone with passion, drive, and a can-do attitude.
