Position: Customer Care and Assistant and Concierge Team member

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring members' needs are met and exceeded.

Manage high-quality Concierge service, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and checklists.

Inventory and stock management for smooth club operations.

Ensure common areas are kept to the highest standards.

Manage membership and Personal Training (PT) payments, and address customer service inquiries.

Collaborate with the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in gym concierge, customer service or hospitality roles.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to lead and train a team effectively.

Passion for promoting health and wellness.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
