About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Riversdale Estate in Cambridge, TAS 7170.This part-time role will see you leading our front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional customer service across our restaurant and cellar door.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day front-of-house operations, including managing staff, customer service, and maintaining a high standard of presentation

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the dining area and cellar door

Handling customer inquiries and managing any complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the delivery of business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a front-of-house supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

A friendly, professional and proactive approach
