What You’ll Do

• Provide professional, warm service to guests, clients, and VIPs across high-end venues
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate POS systems confidently for order entry and payment processing
• Maintain clean, well-presented dining and service areas throughout each shift
• Assist with event or room setup, resets, and pack down to premium standards
• Work collaboratively within the FOH team to ensure smooth, efficient service

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Previous front-of-house experience
✅ Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
✅ Strong customer service skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
✅ Barista skills highly regarded
✅ Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
✅ Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
