Job Description:
We are currently seeking to fill junior and senior positions in our eatery located in Bairnsdale Individuals must be enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front of house team. As Wait Staff/Front of House Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing duties, ensuring efficient operation of food and eateries service, promoting a customer service-focused culture, problem-solving as needed, end of day cleaning, dishes in the kitchen, maintaining safe food handling practices and cleanliness standards. Comfortable wearing a hat or hair net at times

Able to take direction

Additional duties may include basic food preparation tasks, end of day shutdown

Delivering locally from time to time

Square register experience or willing to learn

Requirements:

Current Police Check

Safe Food Handler Certificate

MUST have a can-do attitude

MUST be available weekends and nights

MUST have hospitality experience

Senior members applying must hold an RSA
