ABOUT THE PUSH-UP CHALLENGE
The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event, providing practical value to over a hundred thousand people across the country. We help Australians get fit, connect with colleagues, friends and family, and learn about mental health.
In 2024, The Push-Up Challenge saw more than 200,000 Australians being involved in the event, increasing physical fitness and awareness of mental health by putting the spotlight on the number of suicides in Australia in the last year. To date we have raised over $40 million for mental health.
