Perth Metro | $150k–$170k + Super + Vehicle | Career Path to Construction Manager

Our client is a highly respected boutique construction company delivering quality residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects up to $8 million (at this stage) across the Perth metro area. With a growing list of technically challenging and design-focused builds, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead delivery on flagship projects while overseeing and mentoring site staff across other projects.
This is a senior role with a clear pathway into a Construction Manager position as the business continues to grow.

The Opportunity:

You’ll take the lead on the company’s more complex and higher-value projects, while also providing guidance to three junior Site Supervisors/Managers working across other jobs. You’ll work closely with the director, clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery, consistent standards, and a collaborative site and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of your own projects (up to $8M) from site setup to completion
• Provide mentorship and oversight across a team of three junior Site Managers
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, program adherence, and quality control
• Drive OHSE compliance and promote a proactive safety culture
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and high standards
• Report on progress, risks, and site operations to the company directors
• Contribute to systems and workflows that support broader business growth

About You:

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in site-based delivery roles
• Strong track record in residential and commercial projects, ideally with exposure to architecturally designed, challenging builds
• Experience managing and mentoring other site personnel
• Trade qualified and/or tertiary construction qualification
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• WA White Card and valid WA Driver’s Licence
