Level Built is a small, close-knit construction company based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. We focus mainly on extensions, alterations, and additions, delivering high-quality residential projects. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, grow with the business, and expand their skills across both site and office-based work. There’s plenty of room for growth in this role for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish

Work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and clients

Create and manage project schedules and timelines

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams

Conduct site meetings and set outs with trades

Track budgets, materials, and deliveries

Ensure site safety and quality standards are met

Keep clients updated and manage expectations

Handle RFIs, variations, and compliance paperwork

Assist with estimating and tenders alongside our Contract Administrator

Manage logistics across multiple job sites

This Role is for Someone Who Can:

Manage several sites at once

Schedule and supervise subcontractors

Organise deliveries and materials

Stay on top of deadlines and budgets

Keep sites safe and compliant

Report on progress clearly and regularly

Build strong relationships with our crew and trades

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years’ experience in project management or site supervision

Qualified carpenter or construction-related background

Able to read and understand plans and drawings

Good with problem-solving and multitasking

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Buildxact experience is a plus – we can train you

Full Australian work rights, licence, own car, and tools

Positive attitude, team player, good sense of humour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8 hour shift 7am to 3:30pm

Saturday morning (if project requires)

Expected Start Date: ASAP
