About Us
We’re a well-established Australian manufacturer of waterproofing and protective coatings, with over 30 years of success in the construction industry. Right now, we’re growing fast – expanding our team, operations, and market reach.
As we grow, we need a reliable and proactive Office Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations and help keep everything on track. This is a hands-on role where your contribution will be valued, and your work will make a real difference.
The Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to keep our office running efficiently, support staff across departments, and maintain a professional and well-organised workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management
Keep the office organised and fully stocked
Improve processes and introduce systems where needed
Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and functional
Executive Support
Assist senior leaders with scheduling, meetings, and admin
Help with planning and tracking business priorities
People & HR Support
Handle staff onboarding, documents, and HR records
Support recruitment and internal communications
Help organise training and team activities
Sales & Marketing Admin
Assist with proposals, quotes, and marketing content
Coordinate social media posts and customer events
Travel & Event Planning
Arrange staff and executive travel
Organise internal events and external conferences
Manage promotional materials and branded items
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who:
Has experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative support.
Is confident, organised, and calm under pressure
Communicates well with everyone — from trades to executives
Takes initiative and solves problems without needing direction
Knows their way around Microsoft Office and is happy to learn new tools
Bonus points if you’ve supported HR or sales teams before — but it’s not a dealbreaker.
