About the role

Join the team at Southern Cross Contractors' as a full-time Work Scheduler based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our team of skilled tradespeople to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and update the work schedules for our trade crews, liaising closely with customers and clients
• Allocate resources effectively to optimise productivity and meet deadlines
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively
• Communicating with customers, providing the highest levels of satisfaction and service delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Work Scheduler or in a similar administrative coordination role, ideally within the construction or trades industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and colleagues
• Proficiency in using scheduling and/or project management software
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on your feet
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
