The role

Due to our rapid expansion, we are in need of a Service Coordinator / Scheduler.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives under pressure and can remain calm and composed in challenging situations. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for service team scheduling and job management to ensure smooth workflow and successful business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

Liaise with customers and service team over the phone to confirm and update job details.

Proactively manage appointments, deal with any client concerns and pricing queries with professionalism and empathy.

Create, update, and prioritise job plans and maintenance schedules in the works management system (Sim-pro).

Identify and coordinate all resources—including labour—required to perform work efficiently and cost-effectively.

Review the work delivery forecast in conjunction with managers and supervisors.

Prepare and process ad hoc reports as required.

The Person

Demonstrated experience in a planning and scheduling environment.

Demonstrated time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and constructively.

Emotionally resilient, with a confident and grounded approach to managing stressful or confrontational situations.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Proactive in gathering and collating information from key sources.

A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and customers.

Lateral thinker with well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
