At The MCA Group we take immense pride in building strong partnerships with property managers, commercial maintenance managers, and insurers to provide the highest level of service to our clients in Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), and Victoria (VIC). Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and liaising with real estate agents, tenants, and insurers. Your exceptional time management skills will be put to good use in this role, ensuring that our clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Scheduling appointments for site inspections and scheduled works.
- Liaising with real estate agents, tenants, and insurers to coordinate service appointments.
- Providing information and guidance to customers regarding our process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- On-call duty on a rotating roster (approximately 1 in every 3 to 4 weeks) with overtime pay rates.
- Utilising a provided laptop for work-related tasks.
