THE ROLE…
Join our team and experience a role where no two days are the same! As an HR Administrator, you'll have the chance to support our clients in a variety of exciting ways:
Collaborate with the Akyra team to provide HR administrative and payroll support, and prepare essential documents related to human resources, people management, and industrial relations.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for client workforces, ensuring all activities are tracked and completed efficiently.
Assist clients with payroll administration and recruitment processes, playing a key role in their operational success.
Prepare new employee packs and files and maintain accurate electronic employee records for our clients.
Draft and review HR-related documents, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and client policies.
Provide general administrative support to meet Akyra's operational needs and enhance our service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING…
A solid grasp of Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, and the Fair Work Act 2009.
Proficiency in Office 365 and a knack for quickly mastering new platforms. Experience with HR information systems is a plus!
Attention to detail and exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships and solve problems.
A professional, customer-focused mindset, ready to meet targets and objectives in a service-driven environment.
