StirlingFildes, a national leader in pharmacy printing, packaging, brand sales and wholesale distribution, is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Field Account Manager to manage our WA territory for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

What you’ll do:

Manage and grow pharmacy accounts across WA

Build long-term customer relationships with store owners, buyers, and pharmacy teams

Promote StirlingFildes’ industry-leading products and wholesale offering

Identify growth opportunities and execute promotions in-store

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support

What you’ll need:

Proven field sales or account management experience (pharmacy/healthcare sector highly regarded)

A genuine customer-first approach with strong communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
