WOW Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join a market leader in HVAC services and products. We’re looking for a driven individual with experience in both residential and commercial sectors, as well as a strong background in HVAC and account management.

🚀 About the role

Lead and manage key Commercial Services companies and selected mechanical contractors within a dynamic, fast-paced HVAC project environment. Collaborate closely with the State Manager and Technical Sales team to drive commercial growth throughout the region.

• $110k + Super + Company Vehicle + Bonus
• HVAC industry
• Based in Malaga

🎯 About you:

• Strong sales process and account management skills
• Experience in commercial project delivery and tendering
• Track record of meeting sales budgets, KPIs, and forecasts
• HVAC industry background (residential & commercial preferred)
• Solid understanding of air-conditioning systems and components
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and lead implementation
• Full driver licence (Unrestricted)

🔧 The role:

• Maintain a structured call cycle with assigned accounts
• Grow existing accounts and increase project win rates
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Leverage tender platforms to uncover upcoming projects
• Build strong relationships to access non-listed opportunities
• Hit personal targets aligned with company goals
• Present products and solutions to customers and project teams
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Team on tailored project tenders
