Two Part-Time Medical Receptionists (Job Share Position)

Join our growing team at Principle Orthopaedics, a leading surgical practice based at Peninsula Private Hospital. We are dedicated to delivering excellence in orthopaedic care and surgery, helping patients achieve the best outcomes and improve their quality of life.

We’re looking for Two Part-Time Receptionists to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding practice. The roles require 5 days (40 hours) per fortnight, with opportunities for leave cover.

Previous experience in health care would be advantageous but if you are a highly motivated individual passionate about healthcare and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Providing a warm and professional welcome to patients

Answering telephone inquiries and managing email correspondence

Entering patient information and referral details into our clinical database

Preparing billing consultations, daily banking reports, and settlements

Prepare completed doctors’ correspondence for distribution and scanning documentation

Following up on referrals and outstanding accounts
