We are looking for the following Skills & Experience:
Customer Service: You have a record of providing positive customer experiences that set you apart.
Sales Performance: You have a proven strong natural one-one sales background and experience with KPI's and targets.
Communication: You have a history of friendly, strong communication and relationship development with people of all ages, including team members.

Fashion: You demonstrate a genuine passion for fashion and for a flair for styling customers and creating a fashion look.

Learning: You have optical dispensing qualifications OR demonstrate a strong interest in learning and ability to learn, train and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a high level of customer experience
• Creative flair for fashion eyewear styling and sales, and educating customers about optical lens technology
• Eyewear quality assurance and adjustments
• Assisting the Optometrist with customer eye pre-testing
• Full range of reception services and payment processing
• Stock and invoice management.
• Optical experience preferred although not essential ( a rigorous 3 month training course is part of our optical sales assistant role)

The position is for a minimum of 4 days per week, and up to 5 days ( 38 hrs ) per week, between Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm. Flexibility and reliability with work hours is required.
