Sales Assistants

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking experienced Sales Assistants to provide exceptional support to our sales team and help drive business growth. If you have a background in sales, a customer-centric approach and the desire to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Responsibilities:
1 Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including customer inquiries, order processing and post-sale customer service.
2 Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions, offering product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3 Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain product inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked and organised.
4 Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the attractive presentation and layout of the store to enhance the overall shopping environment.
5 Sales Reporting: Assist in sales data tracking, reporting and analysis.
6 Marketing: Creat Social Media posts/reels and publish them.
7 Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:
1 3+ years of sales experience.
2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3 Strong customer service orientation.
4 Attention to detail and a passion for assisting customers.
5 Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
6 Good skills on photo/video shooting, editting and designing.
