About the role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll use your skills and experience to give customers a dispensing service of the highest clinical standards. You'll be a role model for more junior staff, working your magic with customers, liaising with optometrists and retail teams, and giving clear, sound advice. Your efforts will help drive overall store sales as well as customer loyalty – making you a key member of the team.

As an experienced and/or qualified Dispenser, you’ll be good with people and a natural when it comes to customer care. You're friendly, polite, comfortable working as part of a team and able to answer questions and queries thanks to your excellent optical knowledge. You are willing and able to work a minimum of one weekend and/or late night per week.
