We’re looking for a motivated waterproofing professional with hands-on site experience and some exposure to sales or customer-facing work — whether that’s advising on systems, quoting projects, or helping customers choose the right product. Your New Role

As a Technical Advisor, you’ll combine your waterproofing knowledge with your natural communication skills to help clients succeed on-site. You’ll support the correct use of our systems, build trust with customers, and ensure every project is done right — first time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Site Support – Visit projects to check application quality, resolve issues, and provide product advice.

Technical Sales Support – Work with our sales team to help customers select the right systems and solutions for their projects.

Training & Education – Deliver demos and workshops for applicators, contractors, and internal staff.

Warranty & Claims – Investigate performance issues and assist in resolving any warranty concerns.

Industry Influence – Represent the company as a technical leader and build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

What You Bring:

3–5+ years' experience in waterproofing, construction, or coatings (with on-the-tools background preferred).

Some sales or product advisory experience – whether through trade counters, rep roles, or quoting/estimating.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A passion for helping others do great work — and solving problems when they don’t.

Confident presenting to groups and explaining technical concepts clearly.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites and customer locations.
