Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer two Financial Planning Assistant positions to support our expanding team of experienced Financial Planners.

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for both recent graduates looking to start their career in financial services and candidates with experience in a similar support role within a financial planning firm. Key Responsibilities:

Support Financial Planners in preparing for client meetings and reviews

Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and investment options

Prepare and process client documentation and reports

Maintain accurate client records and CRM data

Liaise with clients and product providers as needed

Assist with administrative tasks and workflow management

About You:
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, and we’re looking for people who are:

A recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field OR have previous experience in a financial planning support role

Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow professionally

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication

Passionate about delivering quality service and learning about financial planning
