About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Assistant to join the Bell Partners team at our Newcastle Office. In this full-time position, you will be provided ongoing training and support to progress your career. Would also suit undergraduate with a part-time start.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting our Advisors in providing timely and accurate information and advice to clients;

Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth administration of client engagements and ensure ongoing strong relationships with clients;

Assisting with developing and reviewing client documentation and correspondence;

Positively participating in business improvement objectives to support the overall growth;

A positive and professional attitude and presentation;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

Undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the wider team; and

Developing a working understanding of the CRM.

About you

We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic and highly professional Financial Planning Assistant who is committed to the development of a career within Bell Partners – no experience required.

Ideally, you will have:

Partially or fully completed tertiary studies in Commerce, Finance, Economics or similar;

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;

Ability to work to prioritise own workload while supporting team members; and

Strong computer skills.
