An exciting opportunity has been created for an Adviser Assistant / Client Service Officer (CSO) to join a successful Financial Advisory and Accountancy business. In this role, you will:

Be a point of contact for clients via phone, email and in person.

Support the Senior Adviser and their team to ensure client deadlines are met

Prepare meeting documentation and reports for client meetings

Assist in maintaining client data and records

Prepare applications and assist with the implementation of advice

Liaise with clients to assist with their inquiries.

Display a high level of attention to detail in the preparation of all work

Communicate effectively with Advisors, clients, and the team

The ideal applicant will have:

Previous experience within a Financial Planning environment.

The ability to be flexible and adaptable, able to work autonomously.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ideally Xplan

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines

Be a great team player

Ideally completing a relevant Financial Planning related Degree.
