ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - provide high level of client service to the advice team and clients
About the role
Join this privately owned company, as an experienced Administration Officer providing essential administrative and clerical support to the financial planning team. This full-time role will be based in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
What you'll be doing
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail
Maintain and update client files and records in the customer relationship management system
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments for the financial planning team
Prepare and distribute client communications and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the financial planning team as required
Assist with the organization and maintenance of the office environment
What we're looking for
Ideally some experience in an administrative role, within the financial services industry but will also suit a graduate as training provided or you may be looking for a new opportunity within the advice sector
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel also XPLAN or similar.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
