Client Services Officer – Financial Planning
Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in financial planning support?
We are currently on the lookout for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to provide professional administrative support to our friendly team of Financial Planners at our Neutral Bay office. In this client facing role, you'll be working closely with the Financial Planners to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests.
Our Team
We are a proactive firm of Chartered Accountants, Financial Planners and Solicitors with offices across Sydney. Quinn Financial Planning, our financial planning division, is a highly regarded, privately owned, integrated financial services firm with our own AFSL, dedicated to providing holistic advice to high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Assisting in the preparation of documents and meeting files.
Follow up on yearly client reviews and renewals.
Handle compliance tasks, including preparing and sending out service agreements and other paperwork.
Work with internal systems such as Xplan and Microsoft Office for document management and reporting.
Assist with the preparation of financial documents, including OFAs, ROAs and SOAs.
Processing all requests for clients and advisers by appropriate deadlines.
Prepare and lodge product/platform applications and follow through to completion.
Maintain professional relationships to product providers.
Manage diaries and coordinate appointments for financial advisors.
Provide other ad hoc general administrative and client service responsibilities as required.
Key Skills and Qualities
The successful candidate will have the following:
Min 3 years experience in a financial planning environment.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
Xplan experience is highly desirable
High-level administrative skills
Strong Computer Literacy, MS Office experience, with an ability to quickly learn new tech systems
Strong organisational and multitasking skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
Excellent diary management and time management skills, with high attention to detail
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team
This is an on-site role (not hybrid), offering a stable and professional working environment in our Neutral Bay office.
