Salary: $80-85K (depending on experience)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm (5 days in-office)

Job Overview:
As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior financial advisors by preparing and implementing financial documentation and client communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).

Prepare detailed review reports covering investments and wealth protection.

Coordinate client meetings and liaise with fund managers and insurers as necessary.

Provide administrative support, including document collation and report generation.

Conduct research and prepare documentation to support financial plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous administrative or project coordination experience in any industry.

A background in finance is helpful but not required—we welcome candidates with a strong interest in the financial planning sector.

Familiarity with XPLAN software is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

A Diploma of Financial Planning is preferred but not essential.
