As we scale toward our vision of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring a Finance Manager who is more than just numbers. We want a strategic finance partner, an experienced professional ready to step up, lead operations, and drive enterprise outcomes to achieve tangible outcomes.

This isn’t just a job, it's a leadership role with impact. You’ll be the right-hand partner to our Head of Finance, helping us effectively deploy capital, optimise systems, and strengthen our position as a global powerhouse.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Reporting & Cashflow

Own our monthly sales reporting, board packs, and forecasting dashboards using Spotlight and Google Sheets.

Lead month-end close processes, revenue tracking, and reporting cadence with precision.

Cash Flow Mastery

Forecast, monitor, and manage cash flow using Xero and real-time financial models.

Payroll & Compliance

Lead fortnightly payroll cycles via Employment Hero, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Partner with external payroll providers for a smooth, scalable process.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a high-performance finance team.

Drive SOP execution, team growth, and operational ownership.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Oversee all invoice approvals, payments, and debt collection workflows.

Ensure optimal cash flow through proactive debtor management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Build and maintain strategic forecasts in Spotlight & Google Sheets.

Collaborate directly with the SLT on forward-looking opportunities for growth and evolution.

Strategic Finance Projects

Support M&A planning, investor prep, and strategic data room builds.

Partner with our Founder and SLT on special projects with enterprise impact.

What You Bring

CPA or CA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience

Background in high-growth, M&A-active, or fast-scaling businesses

Expertise in Xero, Spotlight, Employment Hero, and Google Sheets (Klipfolio + HubSpot a bonus)

Strong analytical mindset, commercial instincts, and solution orientation

Clear, confident communicator who can influence up, down, and across

Experience in a chartered environment, ideally Big 4, or second-tier would be advantageous
