You will be in a comprehensive role that provides end to end Assurance for large digital transformation projects, you will grow and support a small and dynamic team internally; providing you with exposure across multiple facets of the business, leading to real career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the IT and transformation audit strategy;
• Provide assurance over major digital and organisational change programs;
• Apply frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO27001, Agile) to surface key risks;
• Use tools like ACL and Tableau for data-driven audits;
• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology and the business; AND
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of audit and analytics professionals.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project assurance;
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering transformation assurance for large technology projects;
• Data analytics expertise to drive audit quality;
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement strengths; AND
• Strategic, innovation-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate superior attention to detail, and excellent time and risk management skills. They will be a strong collaborator who also has the ability to function independently in a high performing environment.
