Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Migrations & Digital Technology

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex data centre migrations and cutting-edge digital technology projects for a fintech. You’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across infrastructure and transformation programmes, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Candidates must have current experience as a senior pm in a standalone position leading and delivering data centre merging/migrations for large fintech or financial services businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through to closure
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with a proactive approach to mitigation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate regular governance and steering group meetings
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience delivering data centre migrations and digital/technology projects in highly regulated companies.
• Deep understanding of project governance, change control, and stakeholder management
• Team player - A positive attitude and influence over project deliverables/ teams, happy to roll the sleeves up and act as ScrumMaster when its needed.
• Proven ability to manage risk and drive decision-making in complex, regulatory environments
• A methodical, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for technology and transformation
