Senior Project Manager - Asset Management & Field Service Management

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the selection and implementation of a Field Service Management solution.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will build the project team and approach that will lead the future state design, software selection, integration partner selection and ultimately the solution implementation over the coming years.

As this project is an executive level priority, you will produce the Business Case to be presented to the Board, build strong relationships with the executive steering committee and c-suite leaders across the organisation; these relationships being just as instrumental as those with Field Work Force.

Experience implementing a large-scale field services solution is essential, ideally within Utilities or Critical Infrastructure sector, coupled with strong understanding of Asset Management concepts is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope.
• Build and manage a delivery team to execute critical digital projects across field operations, customer experience, and asset management.
• Develop and maintain high-quality project artefacts, including business cases, roadmaps, plans, financials, and reporting.
• Engage with C-suite executives, vendors, and frontline operational leaders to align vision, scope and benefits.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, governance, and compliance standards are upheld.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, SoWs, and managed service agreements.
• Drive change management practices and ensure successful business adoption of new solutions.
• Contribute to and improve project delivery methodologies and frameworks across the practice.

Experience:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex, enterprise-level projects – MUST be within Utilities, Infrastructure, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Strong experience of Asset Management, Field Service Operations, or similar domains.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder expectations, and working with Steering Committees
• Strong experience working with Steering Committees and influencing executive stakeholders
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, matrixed delivery teams.
• Extensive experience with project financials, forecasting, reporting, and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
