This leading non for profit organisation is seeking a senior HRIS and payroll transformation.

Reporting to general management, this role will take responsibility for the full HRIS and payroll implementation. Key duties include project management, vendor partnership relationship management, transformation strategy, identifying process improvements, comprehensive transformation roadmap, change management initiatives, systems configuration, user acceptance testing, collaboration with internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build effective working relationships both within and outside the organisation.

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, with demonstrated work experience in human resource transformation and payroll related projects. You will have deep expertise in at least one or more of the following areas: Cloud (SaaS) / Digital HR, strong project management skills, with ability to lead and manage complex transformation projects with a continuous learning and growth mindset. Also, a demonstrated leadership experience encompassing people and budget skills and the capacity to achieve challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
