About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the practice. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape a thriving, people-focused business.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing workflow, bookings, client engagement, and operational processes
Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking, and reconciliations (Xero)
Coordinating rosters, meetings, staff onboarding, and leave cover
Ensuring accreditation, compliance, WHS, and policy management
Supporting the team with admin tasks, stock ordering, and client communications
Leading practice improvement projects, marketing, and community engagement
About You
You’re an organised, people-oriented professional with a knack for juggling priorities and solving problems. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working both independently and as part of a passionate team.
We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years of experience in a similar operational, practice, or office management role
Strong skills in accounts, Xero, payroll, and financial reporting
Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building abilities
A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine love for helping people
Qualifications in business, administration, or finance (highly regarded but not essential)
The Benefits
Salary of $80,000–$85,000 + super
