Here's What We’re Looking For in a Unicorn 🦄

You might be wondering, “Do they need me to be perfect?” Nope. But we are looking for someone with a winning mix of skills and personality. Here’s a quick checklist:

Experience - This wont be your first rodeo. 2 years minimum in a senior office administration, office manager or property / project management position (experience in a plumbing or trade business would be a massive +)

A Love for results –You love getting sh*t done and smashing targets.

Stellar communication skills: You’re a people person. Whether it’s teaming up with colleagues or creating great vibes with clients, your friendly personality and eagle eye for details make you a pro at sealing the deal.

Problem-solving genius – People aren’t perfect, and neither are systems. You’ve got the sharp mind needed to figure out solutions and get them actioned stat.

Amazing attitude – Kindness, humour, energy and good vibes.

Reliable as a sunrise – Your team can count on you to show up, step up, and bring your A-game. Every. Single. Time.

Keep our job schedule running with max efficiency.

Keep an eye on the numbers and make sure we’re smashing our targets.

Tackle admin tasks in ServiceM8 with ease—don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!

Deliver WOW-worthy customer service with your warm, friendly phone skills.

Handle accounts payable & receivable.

Stay on top of timesheets and prep pay runs in Xero.

Help us step up our game by improving our business processes—your ideas matter here!
