We’re looking for a Customer Administration & Support superstar to join our Kirrawee-based Dina Uniform Group team. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next career move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the Key Contact – Dina, your role will be all about creating a seamless experience for our valued customers by:
Assisting with customer queries and maintaining strong client relationships
Keeping customer portals up to date with accurate product and order information
Providing timely and professional administrative support
Working closely with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes
Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery
Escalating and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
Who You Are:
You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You bring:
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
A customer-first mindset with a focus on service and satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
The ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
Experience in customer support or admin roles (bonus if within uniforms, retail, or supply chain!)
