About the role

Are you a seasoned business coach or ex-trade business operator who’s obsessed with accountability, growth, and helping others win?

We’re TradesFormation — and we’re on a mission to help maintenance trade business owners step out of the grind, scale profitably, and build businesses that don’t run them into the ground.

We’re looking for a full-time Business Coach to guide our clients through real, measurable transformation — backed by data, driven by systems, and powered by mindset.

What you'll be doing

Developing customised coaching programs to address identified growth opportunities

Delivering regular one-on-one coaching sessions over Zoom

Providing ongoing support, accountability and motivation to help clients achieve their goals

Collaborating with the wider TradesFormation team to share best practices and insights

Attending a handful of live in-person client events throughout the year

Who you are

You're either:

A former owner or manager in a maintenance trade business who’s lived the chaos — and figured out how to lead it or,

A professional coach with a track record of working with maintenance trade businesses

You get how these businesses tick, and more importantly, how to lead people through change — even when it's uncomfortable.

What you bring

Deep experience in the maintenance, trades, or service industries

Strong facilitation chops (1:1 and group settings)

Confidence in driving outcomes across marketing, ops, HR, finance, systems

A proactive, accountability-first coaching style
