Are you a seasoned sales pro from the maintenance trades also referred to as home services?

We are looking for someone who’s lived the pressure of running jobs, navigating objections and turning hesitant customers into high-value clients for life?

We’re TradesFormation — Australia’s #1 business and sales coaching company for maintenance trade businesses. We help plumbers, sparkies, HVAC specialists and more step out of the grind, close more sales, and build profitable businesses that don’t chew through their time and energy.

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Coach/Trainer to guide our clients and their teams through practical, proven sales training — backed by frameworks, driven by results, and grounded in real trade experience.

What you'll be doing

Delivering 1:1 and group coaching sessions via Zoom to owners and their frontline team

Coaching trade business owners on converting more opportunities, to sold jobs while increasing job value, and building high-performing sales teams.

Facilitating roleplays, objections workshops, and follow-up systems

Collaborating with our coaching team to refine materials, track progress, and share insights

Attending in-person client events, currently three each year (we cover travel)

Who you are

You're either:

A former tradie or sales manager in a trade business who has run jobs and sold in the field — and learned through experience what works
OR

A sales trainer or coach with a strong track record working with maintenance trades or home service businesses

What you bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role within the maintenance trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)

Confidence in running Zoom-based coaching sessions (1:1 and group)

Strong ability to coach non-salespeople (e.g. techs, admin, apprentices)

A proactive mindset — you're driven by results and love helping others win

Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills

Must be competent and have experience using Google Drive, Zoom, and CRM systems
