Our Client is a boutique, reputable and well established Insurance firm who specialises in accident and sickness protection. They are seeking a proactive and highly customer centric team player to join their fun and dynamic team based in modern offices in Manly.

Specific duties include:

• Completing initial claims assessment sheets with detailed action plan
• Managing of claims from notification to file closure
• Updating, liaising, responding to & answering questions from brokers, claimants and stakeholders
• Conducting timely investigations in relation to coverage and medical issues
• Engaging with appropriate experts to assist with claims assessments
• Managing an effective diary system
• Ensuring claims service standards are met in a timely manner

To be considered for this role you will have prior insurance claims assessment experience, top communication skills along with highly developed interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail is also essential to the success of this role.

This is a temporary role Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm for 2-3 months. The hourly rate guide is $40 - $50 + super dependent on experience.
