We’re currently partnering with a highly established industry leader within Boking. Based in Melbourne’s Inner Southeast, who are currently looking to further strengthen their claims team and bring onboard an immediately available experienced Claims Managers/Consultants

• $38.00 + Super / Hour
• 4 Week contract - Extension opportunities

Duties and responsibilities include

• Autonomously manage your own book of loyal clients

• Regularly liaise with Underwriters, colleagues (directors, brokers, claims team) to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times

• Ensure processes including renewals, debtors, cancellations
• data are completed accurately and on time

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working within insurance claims – Insurer/Agency/Brokerage
• Experience with Broking software would be highly regarded
• Exceptional client relationship skills and customer service
• Be self-motivated, with attention to detail
