Everything Skin by Dr Salon is a leading cosmetic and skin clinic in Perth, renowned for our expert care, premium treatments, and personalised approach. We are seeking a warm, organised and experienced Clinic Coordinator to join our team on a 7-month contract, covering maternity leave.

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Skin Therapist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to step into a client-focused front-of-house role, while still leveraging your clinical knowledge.

About the Role

As Clinic Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of Everything Skin, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and supporting our team of nurses and therapists.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing bookings, front desk enquiries and daily scheduling

Supporting clinical team with treatment preparation and client flow

Educating clients on skincare and treatment options

Coordinating stock orders and clinic supplies

Ensuring the clinic environment is immaculate and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience as a Skin Therapist

Solid knowledge of microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser and IPL treatments

Great multitask & thrive under pressure in a fast-paced clinic

Confident in skincare and treatment education

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

Professional presentation and warm client manner

Experience in a cosmetic or medical skin clinic is highly regarded
