About You

This role is perfect for a Full Time (38 hours) OR Part-Time (25-30 hours) Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist who is proactive, solutions focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll be the backbone of our clinic’s daily operations, working closely with our expert team of dermal therapists and reception team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Experience – Greet and farewell all guests warmly, ensuring an exceptional journey from start to finish.

Clinic Coordination – Oversee and optimise clinic bookings to maximise efficiency.

Client Enquiries – Confidently handle skincare and treatment inquiries (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

Sales - Enhance the client experience by upselling and genuine recommendations

Daily Operations – Manage stock, system entries, and online store fulfilment.

Client Feedback – Handle feedback professionally, working with the Clinic Manager to implement solutions.

Continuous Improvement Focus – Identify and suggest ways to improve our processes.

What You’ll Bring
