Are you a people-person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? A fantastic opportunity is available for a friendly, professional, and highly organised experienced Receptionist to be part of our team at Homebush Service Centre.

This role will be part of our service team working in a high volume & fast-paced environment offering exceptional service to a wide range of customers both over the phone and in person. We have a great team, a supportive and passionate manager, and want the right person to be part of our growth. The hours for this role are 7.30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What the role involves:

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

Manage front desk operations and appointment scheduling

Assist with administrative support across departments

Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

Provide information, process invoices and payments

Assist vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required

Provide relief support for Service Advisors as required

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role within dealership operations. Service Centre experience is highly regarded

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people

A professional and polished appearance

Friendly, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A current drivers license
