Doors Plus is an innovative, family-owned company that has been successfully operating in Australia for 30+ years. We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our Customer Care Centre in our Minchinbury head office.

This role requires:

Someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and professional written manner for both in house and customer correspondence.

Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold, and transferring calls etc.

Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.

A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.

About you:

We prefer a person with at least one years' experience in reception.

We are looking for a warm and empathetic person, who wants the best for their customers.

We would like a calm person who is confident with handling intense discussions.

We need someone who can work both individually and within a team environment.

We would like someone who finds satisfaction in an active work environment and will proactively seek tasks during slower period.
